Sales Engineer

Rinstrum is a leading supplier of innovative weighing systems for various industries globally. We offer customized solutions that guarantee the highest precision and reliability. To strengthen our team in the USA, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer with profound knowledge in the weighing industry and/or in a technical field.

• Work location: Remote, with Office being in Noble, IL

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supporting existing customer relationships and expanding the customer portfolio
• Acquisition of new customers through targeted sales activities
• Preparing offers and conducting price negotiations
• Planning and implementation of customer projects, including close cooperation with various departments
• Carrying out market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities
• Supporting the further development of our production software
• Technical support and training for customers
• Ideally would have experience with NTEP guidelines and how it applies

Requirements:

• Experience in the technical field, with knowledge of weighing industry a plus
• Enjoy selling complex solutions
• Enjoy troubleshooting equipment for customers
• Strong intuition for the market and customer industries
• Business fluent in written and spoken English (Spanish would be a plus)
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel occasionally
