Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service, as well as providing technical expertise to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, maintenance, and fit-out sectors.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates based on project requirements.
• Convert leads into business opportunities through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product specifications align with client requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent specialization.
• Strong knowledge of engineering software to facilitate preliminary quantity estimation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
