Sales Engineer | Qatar
We are a leading company specializing in commercial & residential interior design, fit-out, and furniture solutions, based in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
About the Role
As our Sales Engineer, you will be the key link between our clients and our internal teams — from the first meeting all the way through project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across government entities, corporations, hospitality, and real estate sectors in Qatar
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions from our design and fit-out portfolio
- Present and promote our interior design, fit-out, and furniture offerings with confidence
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate and follow up between clients, project managers, engineers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and keep clients updated at every stage — from design to handover
- Ensure client satisfaction is maintained before, during, and after project delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Qatar market (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
- Arabic and English.
- Strong background in sales, business development, or client relations
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Well-groomed with a confident and professional presence
- Strong public relations skills with access to key decision-makers across institutions and organizations
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
- Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or furniture industries is a strong plus
