Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer drives sales and supports the technical aspects of sales quotations and order requirements.
Job Description:
- Identify sales opportunities and drive sales.
- Handle customers' enquiries, including reviewing and resolving customers' technical queries.
- Follow up with customers on sales quotations submitted to secure orders.
- Review order requirements prior to processing.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Conduct customer presentations and visits.
- Assist the Sales Manager/ General Manager to plan and execute sales strategies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the Oil & Gas or heavy industries.
- Strong presentation and and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate fluently and professionally in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret Bill of Material (BOM) and Drawings.
- Ability to understand process operational sequences is advantages.
- Holding a valid driving license in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
