Sales Engineer

Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Doha

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction and interior fit-out industry, with the ability to develop client relationships, generate sales opportunities, and successfully close projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and interior fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the Qatar market.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design and construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, interior fit-out systems, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-oriented personality.
• Familiarity with the Qatar market and customer preferences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
