Sales Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support high-value deal closures while independently managing a portfolio of projects. This role combines sales execution, client engagement, and technical coordination.


Key Responsibilities

• Support in preparing techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and presentations

• Coordinate with presales/design teams for system configurations and costing

• Manage client interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations

• Handle enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects

• Conduct site meetings and client presentations

• Maintain pipeline, track opportunities, and update CRM regularly

• Build relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors

• Identify new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives


Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in home automation, AV or ELV solutions

• Strong understanding of lighting control, AV, and integrated systems

• Experience with proposals, BOQs, and client-facing roles

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups
