Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven sales engineer to promote and sell our range of fasteners, bolts, nuts, threaded rods, and industrial coating solutions across the UAE market.

The role involves field sales, client visits, technical discussions, and business development in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. The candidate must be able to provide technical sales support and develop long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities in fasteners and industrial hardware
• Conduct regular client visits and outdoor sales activities across UAE
• Promote products including bolts, nuts, anchor fasteners, threaded rods, and coated fasteners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, EPC companies, distributors, and industrial clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Technical Sales Support

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions
• Understand drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Recommend suitable fastener and coating solutions based on application
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order execution

Market & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry demand
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline, and CRM updates
• Support management with sales forecasts and business development insights
• Represent the company in meetings and industry-related activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fasteners, bolts, nuts, or industrial hardware sales
• Strong knowledge of fasteners, coatings, and mechanical applications
• UAE / GCC market experience preferred
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and industrial buyers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
