We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with experience in commercial and residential projects. The role involves driving local sales, managing client relationships, and supporting maintenance-related business opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to deliver tailored solutions to clients .Ting skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local commercial and residential market.
- Promote and sell engineering products/services, including maintenance contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and facility management teams.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Support after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services).
- Experience in local sales and maintenance/service contracts.
- Good understanding of commercial and residential project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
