Job Title: Sales Engineer – Lighting Solutions
Role & Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Lighting Sales Specialist. Key responsibilities include developing and managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing tailored lighting solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves understanding client needs, managing sales processes, and achieving sales targets through effective engagement and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, architectural, and infrastructure lighting projects
-Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
-Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and end customers
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
-Provide technical guidance on lighting products, specifications, and applications
-Assist in lighting design concepts, product selection, and system configurations
-Support customers with technical documentation, drawings, and compliance requirements
-Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for customized solutions-Follow up on approvals, tenders, and order execution
-Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
-Provide feedback to product management for improvements and new product development
Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical preferred)
2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry, Strong understanding of LED lighting products.
