Sales Engineer

Mahraj General Contracting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in civil construction and building maintenance works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, preparing quotations, and building long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil construction and maintenance works.
• Promote the company's civil, renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and contracting services.
• Meet with clients, consultants, and facility management companies to understand project requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in civil construction, maintenance, or general contracting within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, fit-out, renovation, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and building maintenance services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, property management companies, and facility management firms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
