Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer – Acoustics to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acoustic products and solutions, combined with strong sales capabilities to drive business growth, build client relationships, and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in acoustic solutions such as panels, insulation, and soundproofing systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and interior designers
• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to understand acoustic requirements
• Prepare and submit detailed technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with design and technical teams to develop customized acoustic solutions
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Architectural or related field)
• 3–6 years of experience in acoustic products, construction, or fit-out sales within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of acoustic materials, soundproofing, and noise control solutions
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network with consultants, architects, and fit-out contractors in the UAE
• Experience working within the Al Quoz market
• Familiarity with acoustic standards and project specifications
