Aadiushmaa Engineers is an authorized channel partner for Ingersoll Rand industrial air compressors, providing complete sales and service solutions to industries in the region. The company is looking for a Sales Engineer to promote Ingersoll Rand screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, and air solutions to industrial customers.
Role summary
- Promote and sell Ingersoll Rand air compressors and related solutions to new and existing industrial customers.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and interest in industrial sales are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Visit industrial areas and generate enquiries for Ingersoll Rand air compressors.
- Understand basic customer requirements (air demand, pressure, application) and coordinate with senior team for correct selection and quotation.
- Follow up on enquiries, support negotiations, and help close orders to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with purchase, maintenance, and project teams at customer sites.
- Prepare basic reports of daily visits, enquiries, and pending opportunities in Excel/Google Sheets.
Candidate profile
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related stream preferred; graduates from science/technical background can also apply.
- Experience: 0–3 years; freshers and candidates with internship/industrial training experience will also be considered.
- Good communication skills, confident for field sales and customer meetings.
- Willing to travel regularly in assigned territory and must be ready for industrial visits.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
