Sales Engineer - Anchors and Construction Hardware

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead sales activities for our anchors, fastening systems, and construction hardware products in Jeddah and Western Region (KSA).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project sales, contractor engagement, and specification selling within the construction or MEP sector.

This role combines technical expertise and commercial leadership, with responsibility for revenue growth, client development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and expand relationships with contractors, MEP companies, consultants, and project managers.
• Identify new project opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.

Specification & Project Sales

• Promote anchors, fastening systems, and fixing solutions to consultants for project approval.
• Ensure product specifications are included in tender documents.
• Follow up on project pipelines from specification to execution.

Technical Support

• Provide technical guidanc on product selection and application.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Support clients with compliance, load calculations, and installation methods.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor competitor pricing and strategies.
• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in: Construction hardware, Anchors & fasteners, MEP materials or Building materials sales
• Strong network with contractors and consultants in Jeddah / Western Region
• Proven track record in project sales
