SALES ENGINEER (Architecture & Interior Design Background)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive with a solid background in Architecture and Interior Design to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proficient presenter, negotiator, and business person able to forge solid relationships with strategic partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sectors.

· Adroit in Sales & Marketing, Operations management, Business expansion, Revenue generation, Project Management, Team Management, Process improvement, CRM, etc.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and construction solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Prior experience working in a contracting or construction company is a must.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Qatari market.
• Strong knowledge of construction and interior design processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Native in Arabic Fluent in English
• Must be based in Doha and available for immediate hiring.
• Qatar Light Driving License is an advantage.
• Valid QID.
• Available NOC.
