Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has both technical and sales expertise, enjoys solving customer challenges, and can translate equipment capabilities into practical, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the pallet and sawmill industries.
• Assess customer needs and recommend equipment solutions that fit their production goals.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotes, and proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate system designs.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate new business.
• Provide feedback from the field to support product improvements and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial machinery or OEM equipment.
• Strong mechanical understanding and ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; CAD experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel (30–50%).
