Sales Engineer / Business Development Engineer – HVAC & MEP Solutions

About ADP:

Air Distribution Products (ADP) is an engineering solutions company dealing in HVAC and MEP products including air distribution products, HVAC equipment, and firefighting solutions. We are looking for a motivated individual to expand our customer network and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities in the HVAC & MEP sector
  • Visit consultants, contractors, builders, industries, and project sites regularly
  • Promote ADP product portfolio including:
  • Diffusers, Grilles, Louvers, Dampers & Filters
  • FCUs and HVAC equipment
  • VRF systems
  • Firefighting products
  • Generate new inquiries and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify upcoming projects and key decision makers
  • Develop relationships with consultants for product approvals
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal team for proposals
  • Follow up quotations and support sales closing
  • Maintain customer database and weekly sales activity reports
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • BSc Mechanical Engineering preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates)
  • 2–5 years experience in HVAC, MEP, construction products, or technical B2B sales
  • Existing network with contractors/consultants will be preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with field visits
  • Ability to create new opportunities, not just manage existing customers

Compensation:

  • Market competitive salary
  • Fuel/travel allowance
  • Performance-based incentives

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
