Job Title: Sales Engineer (Concrete / Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in concrete and construction sales to join our growing team in the UAE. We are offering for the right candidate a competitive basic salary with a open ended, achievable sales bonus, car, visa, medical insurance & laptop will also be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers

* Provide technical support on concrete products, mix designs, and applications

* Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations

* Support project bids, proposals, and technical submittals

* Coordinate with operations, QC, and engineering teams to ensure project success

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)

✔ Proven experience in concrete or construction-related sales

✔ Strong understanding of concrete materials and construction practices

✔ Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

✔ Fluent in spoken and written English

✔ Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory

Preferred:

* Arabic language skills

* Experience with ready-mix concrete, precast, or construction materials

* Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and UAE construction codes

Location: DIP - UAE
