Delta Construction is seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Engineer
to join our team. This is a
full-time, on-site
opportunity where you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and representing our company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients to achieve sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and present tailored solutions to clients.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product/service value.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to align technical and business requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Work Conditions:
-
Location: On-site with Delta Construction.
-
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
-
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
