Sales Engineer - Construction Chemicals

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer/Executive – Construction Chemicals to drive business growth by developing strong customer relationships and providing technical sales support across construction projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with the sales team and technical specialists to deliver effective solutions
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, and project costs
• Provide pre-sales technical support and product recommendations
• Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites as required
• Understand, manage, and interpret customer technical and commercial requirements
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales
• Support the development and promotion of customized construction chemical solutions

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience in construction chemicals sales
• GCC experience is preferred
• Educational Qualification: BSc / MSc in Chemistry or BE (Chemical Engineering ) , MBA is an added advantage
• Salary: QAR 4,000 – 8,000 per month (Based on the number of years of relevant GCC experience.)
