Sales Engineer – Cooling Tower Services (HVAC)

Location: Dubai | Full-Time

We are hiring an experienced Sales Engineer with strong knowledge in cooling tower maintenance, refurbishment, and replacement services. The ideal candidate must have proven UAE HVAC sales experience and the ability to drive new business while managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business in UAE/GCC for cooling tower services
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals & quotations
• Work with service teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors & facility managers
• Achieve sales targets and provide market updates
• Give technical presentations and maintain sales reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years UAE HVAC sales experience (cooling towers must)
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC & industrial cooling
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license

Skills:

• Experience with Marley / Evapco / BAC
• Knowledge of retrofit & energy-efficiency solutions
• CRM/ERP proficiency
