Sales Engineer - Electrical Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer with deep market knowledge and strong client relationships in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in electrical products such as wiring devices, PVC conduits, earthing and lightning protection systems, and possess working knowledge of advanced systems including lighting control, home automation, BMS, and ELV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi region, focusing on electrical infrastructure products.
• Promote and sell products including wiring devices, PVC conduits, earthing systems, and lightning protection solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients.
• Identify customer requirements and propose tailored solutions, including lighting control systems, home automation, BMS, and ELV.
• Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and tender documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
• Strong technical knowledge of wiring devices, PVC conduits, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
• Familiarity with lighting control systems, home automation, BMS, and ELV is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and closing deals.
• driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Working with MEP contractors, consultants, and developers in Abu Dhabi.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards (ADDC, Estidama, etc.).
• Experience in handling large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
