About the Role

Epic Lifts is looking for a driven and proactive Sales Engineer – Elevators to support and grow our footprint across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for technical sales within the construction and building services sector.

The Sales Engineer will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and promoting Epic Lifts’ range of elevator and lift solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator and lift solutions
• Meet with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions in coordination with internal teams
• Follow up on leads and proposals to successfully close sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and service teams for smooth project handover
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities

Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in sales within the elevator or building solutions industry
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of elevator and lift systems
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
• Customer-oriented, confident, and professional in approach
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Dubai and Northern Emirates is an advantage
