Sales Engineer – Fire Fighting & CCTV Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Ajman branch, specializing in Fire Fighting Systems and CCTV Solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to drive business growth, build client relationships, and deliver customized safety and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire fighting and CCTV systems.

· Promote and sell products and services including:

o Fire alarm systems

o Fire fighting systems

o CCTV and surveillance solutions

· Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

· Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions.

· Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

· Coordinate with engineering and project teams for execution support.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Stay updated with UAE regulations, Civil Defence, and security compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· 2–3 years of experience (preferably in sales of fire fighting or CCTV systems).

· Strong technical understanding of fire protection and surveillance systems.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong presentation and reporting skills.

· Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Preferred Skills:

· Experience in UAE market (Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai preferred).

· Knowledge of Civil Defence and Police approval processes.

· Familiarity with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales.
