Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to drive business development, provide technical support, and manage client relationships in the fit-out sector. The role requires both commercial acumen and technical expertise in interior façade and aluminum solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and develop client relationships in the fit-out industry.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for interior fit-out projects involving aluminum, glass, partitions, and façade systems.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with project, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade events to promote products and services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and fit-out industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience in fit-out, interior aluminum systems, or façade projects.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, glass systems, partitions, and interior façade solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site inspections.
