Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer – Fit Out to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the fit-out industry, proven sales experience, and a solid network within the contracting, interior design, and real estate sectors. This role requires an individual who can drive new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out sector.
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct site visits, prepare technical proposals, and deliver presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Strong network of contacts within contracting, interior design, and real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
