Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and explore new market opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4-5 years in sales or business development within interior fit-out or renovation industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
