Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Engineer – Fitout to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and managing projects from concept to completion within the interior fitout and joinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the fitout, joinery, and interior contracting market.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and provide suitable design and material recommendations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of quotations.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitout / interior / joinery sales, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
