Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Fitout to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and managing both technical and commercial aspects of interior fitout projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of interior design, materials, and project execution, along with proven experience in the UAE fitout market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior fitout and contracting sector.
- Meet clients, consultants, and contractors to present company services and strengths.
- Understand project requirements and prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure correct pricing and timely proposal submission.
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and maintain continuous follow-ups to drive project progress and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitout or interior contracting sales within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of fitout materials, processes, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong professional network in the construction and interior design industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
