Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads and maintain existing client relationships in the HVAC segment.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions (VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, ventilation systems, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and techno-commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits and participate in project discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with good time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,839.40 - ₹34,603.41 per month
