Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and maintain existing client relationships in the HVAC segment.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions (VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, ventilation systems, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and techno-commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop customized solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and participate in project discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with good time management.
