Sales Engineer – HVAC, Cold Room & MEP Systems

Job Description:
Vision Gulf Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC, Cold Room, and MEP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering effective technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in HVAC, cold room, or MEP sales
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cold rooms, and refrigeration equipment
• Familiarity with major components such as compressors (e.g., Bitzer, Copeland), evaporators, condensers, and control systems
• Ability to prepare quotations, technical submittals, and cost estimates
• Good understanding of UAE market and project requirements
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in HVAC and cold room projects
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
• Provide technical support and customized solutions to clients
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project status
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in MEP contracting companies in UAE
• Knowledge of tendering and project sales
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
