Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation & IPC Solutions

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to develop business for Industrial PC (IPC), SCADA, factory automation, and industrial digitalization solutions across the UAE market.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B technical sales, strong networking capability with industrial clients, and the ability to independently generate leads and close projects. Candidates with their own car and UAE driving license will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for:
• Industrial PCs (IPC)
• SCADA & HMI systems
• PLC/Automation solutions
• Power Quality solutions
• Smart factory / Industry 4.0 projects
• Meet consultants, contractors, factories, system integrators, OEMs, and end users
• Generate sales leads and convert them into projects/orders
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals and presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams for solution development
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
• Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales coordination
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Industrial system integrators

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years UAE sales experience in industrial automation or related products
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, IPC, industrial networking, or control systems
• UAE Driving License preferred
• Own car preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: Based on experience
• Attractive Sales Commission
