Role Purpose

To acquire industrial clients for Trakma’s predictive maintenance & condition monitoring services, manage pilot programs, convert them into annual AMC contracts, and grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach:
  • Factories
  • Power plants
  • Utilities
  • Facility management companies
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits (with technical backup)
  • Present Trakma’s solutions using dashboards & ROI logic
  • Coordinate pilots and installations
  • Prepare quotations & proposals
  • Manage follow-ups and contract closures
  • Maintain CRM & pipeline
  • Upsell additional assets and services

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.Tech in:
  • Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
  • 1–4 years B2B industrial sales experience (preferred)
  • Comfortable with:
  • Industrial sites
  • Technical discussions (motors, pumps, transformers)
  • Presentations & reports

Skills

  • Strong communication
  • Professional presentation

  • Basic understanding of:
  • Vibration
  • Electrical faults
  • Downtime cost

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

  • Sales Engineer - Predictive Maintenance : 2 years (Preferred)
