Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with proven experience in the UAE fit-out industry. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads into projects. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, consultants, and contractors
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, consultants, and developers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with estimation team
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiations to secure projects
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth project handover
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies in Abu Dhabi
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain updated CRM records and sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/electrical engineering / Interior Design / Architecture / Business or related field
- 1–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out sales (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction and fit-out market
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Good understanding of interior fit-out works (civil, MEP, joinery, ceiling, flooring, etc.)
- Ability to read drawings and understand project scope
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills:
- Existing network of consultants, contractors, and developers in Abu Dhabi
- Experience in commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects
- Strong presentation and proposal skills
- Ability to close deals and manage long sales cycles
- Knowledge of competitor pricing and market conditions
