Job Description: Sales Engineer KSA Based (Interior Fit-Out / Architecture)

1. Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or any related field

· Fluent in English, & Arabic/Hindi

· Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry in KSA

· Meeting sales target, profit and order backlog

· Technical & Commercial understanding

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Proactive, result- oriented and able to work independently

· Organizing and managing ability

· Service oriented and efficient working manner

3. Personal Attributes

· Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the same field in KSA

· KSA Driving License

4. Task description

· Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, architects and key stakeholders with extensive follow up

· Product Knowledge on raised access floor, ceiling, partition, dry construction

· Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored fit –out solutions

· Stay up to date on industry trends, construction methods, and materials relevant to projects

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends

· Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets

· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing company capabilities

· Ensure proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities

· Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any technical concerns

· Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and project details

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends

· Develop and maintain connection with Architects/Consultants/Stakeholders to specify Lindner products

· Willingness to Travel locally/Internationally
