Al Rajhi for Building & Construction Co. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Jeddah.

Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Promote company products and solutions professionally.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on projects, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Saudi Nationals preferred (supporting Saudization initiatives).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following industries: (Metals, Construction Materials, Aluminum, Wooden Doors, WPC, and Fiberglass)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Equivalent practical market experience may also be considered.

Skills:

• Professional appearance and strong personal presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven personality.

Other Requirements

• Valid driving license.
• Own vehicle is preferred.
• Immediate joining availability is a plus.
