Senior Sales Representative – Landscaping Services
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 10+ Years in Landscaping Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in residential and commercial landscaping services
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, property managers, and contractors
• Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and present customized landscaping solutions
• Prepare accurate proposals, bids, and contracts
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools
• Stay current on industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the landscaping industry (required)
• Strong understanding of landscaping services such as maintenance, design/build, irrigation, hardscaping, and seasonal services
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and proposal tools
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to commercial properties, HOAs, or municipal clients
• Existing industry contacts and client network
• Knowledge of estimating and job costing in landscaping
