We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia, specializing in the sales and support of Medical & Scientific Laboratory Equipment and Consumables for the Life Science sector.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, proven sales achievements, and hands-on experience in installation, application support, and business development within research laboratories, universities, hospitals, biotech, pharmaceutical, and industrial laboratories across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sellMedical & Scientific Laboratory Equipment and Consumables to customers within the Life Science market in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with end users, consultants, procurement departments, and key decision makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training sessions.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, tender submissions, and follow-up negotiations.
- Perform installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Coordinate with application specialists and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales forecasting and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in exhibitions, workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences across Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain strong after-sales support and customer relationship management.
Product Range Exposure (Preferred):

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in selling and installing Medical & Scientific Laboratory Equipment within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Life Science market, including universities, research centers, hospitals, pharmaceutical, and industrial laboratories.
- Proven sales track record with successful achievement of sales targets.
- Technical hands-on experience in installation, operation, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Should have transferable Iqama
- Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Experience with government tenders and procurement processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.
