Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas Equipment

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with experience in Oil & Gas equipment sales to EPC contractors in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and commercial knowledge, existing relationships with EPC companies, and the ability to identify project opportunities and generate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users in the UAE Oil & Gas sector.
• Promote and sell industrial equipment and engineering solutions to ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client visits, and project tracking.
• Handle technical and commercial discussions with customers.
• Prepare quotations, technical submissions, and tender documents in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Follow up on RFQs, proposals, approvals, and order closures.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for pricing, technical clarifications, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain regular customer visits and achieve sales targets.
• Support vendor registration and prequalification activities with EPCs
• Maintain CRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas equipment or industrial products within the UAE market.
• Strong exposure to EPC contractors and ADNOC projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
