Job Purpose
The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of power generators within the Oil & Gas, construction, and technical support sectors. The role focuses on project-based sales, and covers all KOC categories, including consultants, subcontractors, projects, and ESP.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong sales network within the Oil & Gas sector, construction companies, consultants, and government entities.

Monitor and follow up on KOCA and KNPC tenders, coordinating closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities related to KOC tenders and construction projects.

Prepare and submit weekly and daily visit reports, sales pipelines, and activity reports.

Achieve agreed annual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Drive revenue growth through consistent client visits, relationship building, and strong follow‑up.

Provide technical support and product clarification to clients in coordination with the technical team.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the power generator industry.

Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Previous experience working with KOC, KNPC, and KPC is highly preferred.

Proven experience in construction projects and consultant-driven sales.

Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Holds a valid Kuwaiti driving license.
