Sales Engineer Product - Senior

What awaits you:
- You will support the Area Sales Manager in the analysis of designated service market(s) and determining project requirements in accordance with specified guidelines
- You are responsible for advising assigned customers on all technical inquiries regarding the current product range. This includes coordinating technical requirements for planned customer projects (e.g. design, specific applications, maintenance, replacement).
- You will Interpret, clarify and implement customer specifications in offers and orders, taking into account the current product range and enter order-relevant data in SAP/ERP
- You will create, review and send offers and order confirmations for products, assemblies, parts and service for assigned customers with support from other departments, where needed
- You are responsible for participating in delivery processing (e.g. requesting customer documents, etc.) and ensuring complaint processing.
What you bring to the table:
- You must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- You must have a minimum 5-8 year technical sales experience
- You must have proven ability to work independently with a strong drive to meet sales targets. Skilled in building effective relationships with customers, agents, and internal teams
- You must have experience in electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, service management
- You are able to identify and articulate the unique value proposition of our products and services using a compelling command of value-based sales concepts. Addressing specific customer pain points and deliver solutions
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer Skills: MS Office, knowledge of SAP & Salesforce would be an advantage.
