We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who is passionate, driven, and ready to be part of a rapidly growing premium brand.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer with strong experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, air quality, water filtration, or plumbing, combined with excellent sales capabilities.

You must be able to assess homes, understand technical problems, present solutions confidently, and close deals while maintaining the premium, customer-first approach of PuriFive.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real growth opportunities and enjoys both technical work + customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home and site assessments (air, ventilation, AC condition, filtration, comfort).
• Present PuriFive’s premium wellness solutions to clients in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
• Prepare quotations and propose customized packages based on inspection findings.
• Understand and explain HVAC systems, ERVs, filters, ventilation solutions, and indoor wellness systems.
• Coordinate with technicians and operations team for successful project delivery.
• Maintain strong follow-up and build long-term client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or HVAC/plumbing/mechanical engineering.
• Strong understanding of:
• HVAC basics (filters, ducts, AC units, ventilation).
• Indoor air quality concepts.
• Plumbing or water filtration systems (added advantage).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable with high-end clients.
• Ability to read technical drawings and conduct basic measurements.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
