Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Project Engineer with expertise in Smart Home Automation Systems to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle—from client acquisition and technical proposal through installation, commissioning, and handover. This position requires a balance of strong sales capabilities and technical execution skills, with hands-on experience in smart home and building automation systems such as lighting control, home networking, CCTV, access control, and automation platforms (e.g., KNX, Control4, Crestron, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Smart Home Automation and Building Automation market in Qatar.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct site surveys, develop system designs, and prepare technical documentation.
  • Oversee project execution phases including planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Provide after-sales technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in Smart Home and Building Automation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related discipline).
  • 3–6 years of experience in Smart Home, Building Automation, or ELV Systems (Qatar or GCC experience preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with automation platforms such as KNX, Control4, Crestron, or Lutron.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems, CCTV, access control, and networking solutions.
  • Proven track record in sales, project management, and client relationship handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
