Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales & Project Engineer with expertise in Smart Home Automation Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from client acquisition and technical proposal to installation and handover. This role requires both sales acumen and technical execution skills, with strong experience in smart home and building automation solutions such as lighting control, home networking, CCTV, access control, and automation systems (KNX, Control4, Crestron, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Smart Home Automation market in Qatar.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare system designs, and produce technical documentation.
• Manage project execution phases including planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Provide after-sales technical support and maintain strong client relationships.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in smart home and building automation systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related discipline).
• 3–6 years of experience in Smart Home, Building Automation, or ELV Systems (experience in Qatar or GCC preferred).
• Hands-on expertise with automation platforms such as KNX, Control4, Crestron, or Lutron.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, CCTV, access control, and networking solutions.
• Proven track record in sales, project execution, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
