Position: Sales Engineer – Solar & Battery Division

Role Overview

Voltrix Batteries is seeking a motivated and technically strong Sales Engineer to join our Solar & Battery Solutions team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in local market sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities in the solar and battery market.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical guidance on Voltrix products.
• Conduct system troubleshooting and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BEE/BSc EE).
• Prior local sales experience in solar, batteries, or power electronics (mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical knowledge of solar systems, lithium batteries, inverters, and BMS.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer systems and handle after-sales issues.
• Self-driven, energetic, and capable of generating new leads.
• Priority will be given to candidates with proven battery sales experience.
