We are now looking for a
Regional Sales Specialist
to join our Commercial Operations team in İstanbul & Kocaeli to grow and strengthen Hexagon MI’s presence in the
North Marmara region
.
Job Responsibilities

Sales responsibility for the North Marmara region

Maintain and expand our customer base within the territory
-
Define sales objectives by creating a regional sales plan aligned with national targets

Identify market trends, resolve problems, and recommend improvements in the regional sales system
-
Meet sales objectives through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and corrective actions
-
Daily travel across the region to meet customers and prospects
-
Report regularly on visits, calls, leads, and opportunities
-
Organize and deliver product demonstrations, collaborating with colleagues in Service, Application, and Inside Sales
-
Prepare and follow up on quotations to successfully close orders
-
Prepare legally/internally required documents (EUS, ITQ, etc.) for all regions in Turkey
-
Support e-commerce operations and contribute to MyCare business development with the local Metrology Services Team
-
Represent Hexagon MI at marketing events, including fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Qualifications
-
Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
-
3–5 years of successful sales experience in metrology or machinery
-
Established network in aerospace, defence, or general manufacturing industries
-
Strong sales acquisition, negotiation, and presentation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
-
Completed military service (for male candidates)

Valid driving license (B)

Fluent/native Turkish and English (min. B2 level)
-
Residing in or willing to relocate to İstanbul or Kocaeli
