Sales Engineer – Warehouse Shelving & Racking

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer with a strong background in warehouse shelving and racking solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience in the material handling, storage systems, or related industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a strong advantage, as you will often need to provide clients with layout designs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehouse storage and racking systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the design team to prepare layout drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve set targets.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in warehouse racking, shelving, or material handling equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of storage systems and warehouse solutions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license .
