We are hiring a Sales & Enrollment Executive to handle student inquiries, guide prospective learners, and support the complete enrollment process for our EdTech programs. This is a full-time, office-based inside sales role focused on tele-counseling, lead management, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students
- Provide accurate information on courses, learning formats, and program benefits
- Conduct tele-counseling sessions to guide students in selecting the right programs
- Manage inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely conversions
- Update CRM with lead details, communication history, and status changes
- Share brochures, fee structures, and program documents as required
- Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for smooth onboarding
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Excellent listening skills with a student-centered counseling approach
- Comfortable with phone and virtual interactions
- Organized, proactive, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an advantage
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
