Educational Qualification: BCom, MCom, BBA, MBA,or equivalent degree.

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Certification such as CA, CMA, or CRAM (if applicable) is an advantage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & ERP Operations Executive to support our sales and operations processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, following up with clients, managing sales and purchase orders, creating invoices, and ensuring compliance with GST and VAT regulations. Experience working with Frappe ERP or ERPNext is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue sales quotations based on client requirements and pricing guidelines.
• Follow up with clients to track quotation status, answer queries, and convert quotes into confirmed orders.
• Process and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system (Frappe ERP).
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Generate and send invoices accurately and in compliance with applicable GST/VAT regulations.
• Maintain customer and transaction records in Frappe ERP for accuracy and reporting.
• Assist in reconciling invoices and resolving discrepancies with customers and suppliers.
• Track and manage order lifecycle from quotation to delivery and payment collection.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, quotation conversion, and outstanding invoices.
• Ensure all documentation complies with tax regulations (GST/VAT) and company policies.
