Sales & Estimating Coordinator

Daldorado is an American plastics manufacturer headquartered in Naples, FL that makes and supplies specialty products for large commercial aquatic industries, such as water parks, competition pools and community aquatic facilities. We are seeking a motivated person with excellent communication and people skills to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating project quotes, tracking project progress, following up with customers, and ultimately closing sales. Building strong, lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and aquatic design engineers is essential. Our customer base is primarily located throughout the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project quotes
• Track active projects from initial request through completion
• Follow up with customers and distributors on quotes and timelines
• Close sales and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with Aquatic Design professionals
• Attend annual trade shows as needed (travel required)
• Work closely with internal teams while managing priorities independently

Requirements

• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based software
• Ability to read architectural detail/plans via PDF or AutoCAD files; with editing experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to change/growth
• Comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously

Job Type: Full-time, In person, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm
