Sales Estimator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Estimator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for meeting with potential customers, assessing painting projects, preparing accurate estimates, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and driven to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and on-site appointments with prospective customers.
• Accurately measure, assess, and prepare detailed painting project estimates.
• Present proposals and explain the benefits of choosing CertaPro Painters.
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, estimates, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, construction, or service industry a plus). 5+ years door to door sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret jobsite conditions.
• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and basic software applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary plus commission (earnings potential $64,000–$170,000+ annually).

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday with some evening, weekend appointments once a month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,400.00 - $130,000.00 per year
